Pirate Vinyl Decals wants to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.  We back up our products so our customers are always giving 14 days after receipt of purchase to return the Decals.  No refunds will be given without returned decals or authorization by Pirate Vinyl Decals Management.   Customers pay for return shipping.   Once we receive decals, we will compare to original order and provide a full refund.

For custom decals, all sales are final with no returns excepted.  Exceptions would be incorrect information on the decals which we will  be compared to the approved proof authorized by the client.   We do not insure orders under $20 so if you want to ensure your decals arrive safely and on-time, we recommend you add our priority mail option with tracking.
